Leanne obtained her Law Degree from Queen’s University Belfast, followed by a Master’s Degree in Law and Business. She qualified as a solicitor in London, where she worked for several years before returning to Northern Ireland. She is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in both Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.

Leanne has extensive experience advising on all aspects of Employment and Equality Law. She regularly represents both employers and employees in bringing and defending claims before the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals.

In addition to her employment law practice, Leanne provides a broad range of legal services to both corporate and private clients. Her work includes drafting contracts of employment, reviewing company policies, delivering equality and diversity training acting on behalf of clients in civil actions and personal injury matters arising from employment matters.

Leanne is an active member of several professional associations including the Employment Lawyers Group NI.
